Funnel Optimization Manager

Remote Part time

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Funnel Optimization Manager to join our growth team. In this role, you’ll be the expert in crafting and refining specialized marketing funnels across top-of-funnel (TOF) awareness, middle-of-funnel (MOF) consideration, and bottom-of-funnel (BOF) conversion stages. You’ll dive deep into data analysis to identify opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally with developers, creative teams, and other stakeholders, and implement tactical adjustments to elements like creative assets, hooks, conversion rate optimization (CRO), pricing, and more. This position does not involve media buying; instead, it emphasizes strategic, data-centric optimization to maximize funnel performance for our brands. If you’re passionate about turning insights into actionable strategies that boost efficiency and revenue, this is your opportunity to make an impact at Elevator Goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed funnel strategies tailored to each brand (FluffCo, Jiggies, and Notorious Cookware), breaking down TOF, MOF, and BOF into specialized components for targeted optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze funnel data using advanced analytics tools to track performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments on creative elements, hooks, landing pages, pricing models, and user flows to improve conversion rates and overall funnel efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers for technical implementations, creative teams for asset refinements, and product teams for pricing and strategy alignment.
  • Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize data insights, presenting recommendations to stakeholders for iterative improvements.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in funnel optimization, data science, and e-commerce best practices to continually refine our approaches.
  • Ensure all optimizations align with brand guidelines and contribute to sustainable, scalable growth without relying on media spend management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., in data analysis or CRO) is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in funnel optimization, growth marketing, or a similar role, with a proven track record of data-driven improvements in e-commerce or consumer goods.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms; experience with SQL, Python, or R for data querying and modeling is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of funnel stages (TOF, MOF, BOF) and tactics like CRO, A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and pricing optimization.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working alongside developers, designers, and creative teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and optimization tools (e.g., Optimizely, Hotjar) is preferred.
  • No media buying experience required—this role is purely focused on funnel strategy and optimization

  • A collaborative, innovative environment where your ideas can directly influence brand growth.
  • The chance to work on exciting consumer brands that blend quality, creativity, and customer-centric innovation.
  • Remote-friendly position with potential for hybrid options (location flexible, but preference for candidates in major US time zones).
