Position Overview

We’re hiring a Head of Operations to lead global logistics and fulfillment across a multi-brand portfolio that includes bedding, supplements, and cookware. This person will be the go-to lead for all things related to supply chain, demand planning, inventory, and 3PL performance—ensuring we stay in stock and on time, every day.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing international fulfillment, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to coordinate across time zones, suppliers, and operational partners. This is a remote, full-time role for someone ready to take end-to-end ownership of logistics excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee global demand planning and forecasting in coordination with brand and sales teams
  • Manage the flow of goods from suppliers to 3PLs across China, the USA, Canada, and India
  • Oversee day-to-day logistics for multiple brands in different product categories
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and 3PL partners
  • Monitor and enforce SLA performance for warehousing, fulfillment, and shipping
  • Ensure healthy stock levels and prevent out-of-stock events
  • Coordinate product launches and restocks across markets
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, growth, and finance teams

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain—preferably in e-commerce or DTC
  • Strong analytical and demand planning skills
  • Experience working with global suppliers and 3PLs, namely in the USA, Canada, China, and India
  • Comfortable managing complex supply chain flows across multiple geographies
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented
  • Experience across multiple product categories is a plus
  • Strong communication and vendor management skills
  • Proficient in operations tools and project management platformss
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in project management via Notion
  • Proficient in AI tools
