Position Overview

We’re looking for a performance-driven Performance Marketer (Media Buyer) - Native & Marketplace to lead and scale advertising campaigns across native ad platforms and wholesale marketplaces. This person should be confident running paid campaigns across a mix of direct-response and retail environments, and know how to tailor performance strategies per channel.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and knows how to efficiently deploy media budgets for scale and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end media buying across native ad platforms like Taboola, Criteo, and Citrus
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns on online marketplaces such as Nordstrom, Macy’s, Walmart, and Target
  • Optimize campaign performance by testing creatives, headlines, placements, and bidding strategies
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPC, CPA, and CTR
  • Collaborate with creative and brand teams to develop effective ad assets for each platform
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop channel-specific strategies
  • Stay current with platform changes, algorithm updates, and marketplace ad trends
  • Manage budgets responsibly and scale campaigns based on performance

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience running native and/or marketplace ad campaigns in a DTC or agency setting
  • Proven experience with the following: Taboola, Criteo, Citrus, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Nordstrom, or Macy’s ad platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in campaign optimization tools and dashboards
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across various products and platforms simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and testing
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in project management via Notion
  • Proficient in AI tools
  • Bonus: Experience with attribution tools or post-purchase survey analytics
